The production process for all orders follows a structured timeline of 3 to 5 working days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed before 9am on Monday will enter production on the same day.
Any orders placed before Wednesday will be dispatched for delivery between Friday and Saturday morning of that same week.
Orders placed after Wednesday will be processed in the following week's production cycle.
Once production is complete, orders will either be dispatched for delivery or prepared for collection on Fridays.

We have partnered with Aramex, a reputable and dependable courier service, to ensure a fast and secure delivery process. Please note that Aramex does not operate on weekends, so any orders dispatched on Fridays will be delivered on either Monday or Tuesday, depending on your location.

We also offer PUDO locker-to-locker delivery as a flexible alternative. Orders dispatched via PUDO on Fridays will typically be available for collection at your chosen locker between Saturday and Tuesday, depending on your location.

Express Orders

Express orders are placed at an additional fee of R100 should a client want to receive their order sooner than our standard production timeline as mentioned above.
